  • How do I personalize my order?
    Each product page includes a simple customization option - such as initials, dates, or a special word. Just fill in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart
  • Can I make big changes to a design?
    Yes — we offer two levels of customization: 1. Minimal Customization (included in most products) Add a small personal touch like an initial, a date, or a short word — quick and subtle. 2. Full Custom Embroidery (extra cost) If you want something deeply personal — like a custom photo, a handwritten note, a Spotify or QR code, or a specific drawing, we’ve got you. This is part of our “Purely Yours” collection and is priced higher depending on the design.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Because all items are custom-made, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we cannot make changes.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production + shipping time.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship worldwide — including Europe, the USA, and other countries.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We recommend ordering 2+ items for best shipping value, especially for international orders.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (if available in your country).
  • Do you charge VAT?
    We are a registered small business in Germany under §19 UStG. This means we do not charge or display VAT.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Because each piece is personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
    Please contact us at contact@purelyus.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll make it right.
